Final cleaning is charged per stay:
-from 1 October to 31 May – 150€ per stay
-from 1 June to 30 September – 200€ per stay
Pets are welcome with prior notice. Fee: 10€ per night per pet.

To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining amount is paid upon arrival.
Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.

- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- If cancelled 40 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
- If cancelled within 40 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
