Über das Objekt
Im nördlichsten Teil der Insel Pag, im Ort Lun – Tovarnele, liegt das Ferienhaus Figurica, direkt neben dem Leuchtturm und dem Meer. Es wurde renoviert, um den heutigen modernen Ansprüchen zu entsprechen, dabei jedoch den authentischen Charme und Geist von 1953 zu bewahren. Viel Liebe zum Detail wurde in das Haus eingebracht, wodurch eine Verbindung von Komfort, Ruhe und Eleganz entstanden ist – verziert mit charakteristischen maritimen Motiven.
Das Haus bietet fünf geräumige Schlafzimmer, fünf Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Das Highlight ist jedoch der große Garten direkt am Meer. Am großen Außentisch sitzend hat man das Gefühl, über das Meer zu gleiten, während der Blick auf die Nachbarinseln den Atem raubt. Den Gästen stehen ein Kajak und ein SUP-Board zur Verfügung, um die Küste zu erkunden und das Meer zu genießen. Die Gastgeber geben gerne Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Aktivitäten und verborgene Orte, die es zu entdecken gilt – oder Sie entspannen einfach auf den Gartenliegen, bereiten eine Mahlzeit am Außengrill zu und lauschen dem Rauschen der Wellen.
Figurica bietet die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe, Komfort und mediterranem Charme, die Ihren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machen wird.

The accommodation is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. Fantastic location, fantastic view, only 5 meters from the sea, and having dinner at sunset by the sea is a highlight.
Luciana is always available and very helpful. The house is well equipped and has everything you need.
We would love to come back!

If you are looking for peace, privacy, and want to avoid crowded beaches, then come here. The house is beautiful, the amenities are perfect. Every room is perfectly air-conditioned. Hot water all the time. The kitchen is well equipped. The surroundings are amazing... And I could go on. We were thrilled.

The villa is in an exceptional location. It’s peaceful, but we loved watching all the little boats coming and going from the harbor from the garden.
There is air conditioning in every room, which makes staying there in the summer months very comfortable, and we slept very well.
From the garden, it’s about 10 steps to the sea, which was crystal blue. We loved snorkeling and seeing all the little fish.
The garden has beautiful trees that can offer shade, and there are sun loungers for sunbathing.
The place has a small shop (open from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. from Monday to Sunday and a few hours in the evening) that sells basic necessities.
There is also a lovely fruit and vegetable stall (Mon–Sun).
We are planning a return visit.

The location of the house is very nicely situated, peaceful, with direct access to the sea and swimming facilities. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and each room has its own bathroom with a toilet. The large property with sun loungers offers the opportunity to relax or sunbathe, and there are also trees that provide plenty of shade. The house is worth every penny. A recommendation for everyone.
The host is kind, friendly, and accommodating. The house is exclusively for guests as the host lives elsewhere, and parking is available directly on the property. Shopping is possible there and not far away in another place, and everything is easily accessible by car, such as a doctor, veterinarian, pharmacy, groceries, and restaurants.
Thank you for allowing us to stay there.
There were 7 of us with 3 dogs, so both people and animals are welcome.

This property and house are exceptional!! Luciana and Bernard are wonderful hosts who welcomed us upon arrival and saw us off when we left. They respond very quickly to any request. It is the perfect place to relax. Very peaceful, yet close enough to town if you need anything. Our only problem was that we didn’t book this house for longer – it’s beautiful!! 😀

Holiday House Figurica
This was the best accommodation I have booked so far.
A location right by the sea with its own bathing area. A terrace you won’t want to leave — from breakfast, to relaxing during the day, to glasses of red wine in the evening.
Each room has its own bathroom/WC and very comfortable beds.
The kitchen has top-quality amenities, and there is a barbecue in the garden.
On-site support was flawless, with quick response times and good, friendly feedback.
I can only give it my highest recommendation.
